Swimrun

Swimrun is an adventure sport that combines trail running and open water swimming in one continuous session completed in pairs. Born in Sweden 2006 it is now gaining popularity globally for a good reason.

Strömfors is a perfect place for swimrun training and racing thanks to the rivers, lakes, and trails around our village.

Our main event, Escape from Svartholma Swimrun competition was founded
in 2016. Together with Strömfors Sprint they form the core of our Swimrun offering.
